Minimum Order

Our minimum order amount is $100. A processing fee of $5.00 will be added to any order received under $100.

Pricing

Jewelry from The Finishing Touch of Kentucky arrives in your store bar coded and pre-priced with a suggested retail price.

Terms

Our terms are C.O.D., Money Order,  Net 30, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Businesses that have been established for more than one year may want to apply for Net 30 terms. They may do so by filling out a credit application form.

Finance Charges of 1.0% will be applied to balances that exceed 30 days. Orders placed by accounts that are 60+ days in arrears will not be processed until the outstanding balance has been paid. If an account's check is returned for insufficient funds, the account will be charged $25 for processing fees. Accounts that have repeated problems with insufficient funds checks will have their terms changed to credit card or money order terms. See the credit application for more details.

Shipping Policy

Great care is taken in picking items from stock, and each order is double checked to ensure it is shipped as complete as possible. Items that we do not have in stock at the time of your order are placed on backorder (if the total amount not shipped was $50 or more) and will be shipped to you when they are available unless you specify otherwise. Items with a total value less than $50 that are not shipped will need to be reordered.

The shipment invoice will be attached to the outside of the box, not placed inside. All USA orders are shipped by UPS. All Canadian and international orders go Parcel Post Air. Customers with Net 30 terms will receive an additional invoice in the mail. If you require an additional invoice to be included in your shipment, please let us know at the time of the order.

Any account canceling an order after it has been entered into the computer system to be processed for shipment will be charged a 5% to 10% fee to cover the cost of reprocessing the merchandise back into our inventory.

Return Policy

When you receive a shipment, please check each item against the shipping invoice attached to the outside of the box to verify the completeness of your order.  Should you receive damaged or incorrect items please call us toll free at 1-800-962-8656 within 10 days of the date of the shipping invoice and we will give information about crediting or replacing the item. Returns will not be accepted because the merchandise did not sell.

We guarantee the quality of our merchandise; however, we cannot guarantee that every item will sell in your market area. Items returned without authorization from one of our staff will slow the processing of your claim. Because each item is checked twice on the invoice before it is shipped to you, please examine your entire box before contacting us about missing items.

Returns will not be accepted after one month of date of shipment.
